Kate Hudson, 42, Rocks Toned Abs, Engagement Ring At Met Gala

Kate Hudson, 42, was pretty in pink on Monday night and so much more in her abs-wearing Met Gala gown.

The actress and business mogul rocked a two-piece by Michael Kors that went with the biggest fashion event of the year. Kate’s belly popped in the outfit that had a bikini top, long skirt, and luxurious fluffy coat in a pale pink shade. She has labeled the photo with three pink hearts.

Oh, and you can’t miss her brand new Danny Fujikawa accessory: Hello engagement ring. The couple shared the news just before hitting the Met Stairs, and they debuted the sparkling rock IRL.

But back to those rock solid abs. Kate has been improving her workouts lately and you can see that. She began to train with Brian Nguyen, aka Dragon Master, to wake up her body. “And that’s exactly what he does,” Kate shared on Instagram about her tough regimen. “And it’s HARD. And it’s every day. I’m basically ‘in the season and I love it. I don’t know why I waited so long to push her so hard. Let’s see what she does at 42 can do.”

And Pilates has always been a part of their fitness routine. “I know I’m my strongest when I do Pilates because it never gets easier,” Kate previously told Women’s Health. “The more you do Pilates, the harder the things you can do get. I love how flexible I feel and I like what it does to my body shape. “

Healthy eating is a priority for Kate too. She previously told Women’s Health that her diet is mostly plant-based and that she eats about five meals a day. Kate likes to start her day with celery juice. This is followed by a protein shake, oatmeal, an acai bowl, or eggs. Her other meals include lots of vegetables like pumpkin or zucchini noodles. Sometimes she throws in chicken, fish, or steak for extra protein.
