Investor Main STX LLC purchased a 24,000-square-foot shopping center at 615 Main St. in Frisco from Oakmont Land Six LP. Mark Smith of Henry S. Miller Equity Partners developed the center three years ago. Frank Bullock, Michael Gresback and Maury Levy of Henry S. Miller Equity Partners brokered the sale with Tim Axelrod of Shop Cos.
Dallas County bought an office building at 1300 W. Mockingbird Lane near Stemmons Freeway. The 155,000-square-foot building is more than 80% leased, and the county occupies more than half of the property, which was sold by Ricchi Group. Dallas County plans to expand its offices in the building. TXRE Properties’ Kolby Dickerson brokered the sale with Lawrence Gardner of OMS Strategic Advisors LLC.
Chicago-based Newport Capital Partners purchased the Lewisville West shopping center, a 129,129-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center at the northwest corner of Interstate 35E and Fox Avenue in Lewisville. Lewisville West was 79% occupied at sale with tenants including El Rancho Supermercado, Liquor Den, Jefferson Dental, Verizon, Cricket Wireless and Starbucks. David Disney and Adam Crockett of Disney Investment Group brokered the sale.
Valley Ranch Center, a 118,000-square-foot shopping center on MacArthur Boulevard in Coppell, sold to New Orleans based investor PMAT. Dallas’ Centcom Realty Corp. sold the retail property, and David Pemberton of Centcom Realty handled the sale.
Peak Capital Partners bought Springwood at Allen, a 92-unit seniors housing development at 975 E Main Street in Allen. USAI Investments sold the property in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.
Investor 3300 S. Watson Road LLC purchased a 14,757-square-foot retail property at 3300 S. Watson Road in Arlington. Troy Morgan of Structure Commercial negotiated the sale.
Global Unique Logistics Corp. bought a 68,492-square-foot retail center at 3201-3255 W. Airport Freeway in Irving. Eric Deuillet and Jake Burns of Structure Commercial brokered the sale with Greg Nelson and Brent Bosworth of Paladin Partners.
An Ellis County Investor purchased almost 5 acres at Belmont Street and FM 663 in Midlothian. Tom Heraty of NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the sale with JP Noland of Prime Realty.
MAG Capital Partners sold a 136,882-square-foot industrial property at 1100 Plano Road in Dallas. The distribution building is occupied by Cameron Ashley Building Products Inc., a distributor of roofing, insulation, gypsum, siding and specialty building products. The building was purchased by an Israel-Based investment fund. Dax TS Mitchell and Andrew Gi of MAG Capital arranged the sale with Chelsea Mandel, Jonathan Wolfe and Jordan Shtulman of Stream Capital Partners.

The Camp Transformation Center leases 5,068 square feet of industrial space at 12630 E. Northwest Highway in Dallas. John Hiller of Structure Commercial negotiated the lease.
Riverside Home Medical Supply Inc. leases 4,320 square feet of office and warehouse space at 10580 Newkirk St. in Dallas. Jason Finch of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Alan Clark of JSC Realty.
International Leadership of Texas Inc. leases 3,549 square feet of office space in Tower 360 at 1901 N. Hwy. 360 at Grand Prairie. Jared Laake, Erik Blais and Richmond Collinsworth of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease.
Wells Fargo leases 3,290 square feet of retail space at Shops at Woodbridge at 7900 Woodbridge Pkwy. in Saxony. Chris Flesner and Brian Sladek of Resolut Real Estate negotiated the lease with Lem Miller of Sandia Real Estate Investments.
K&L Construction LLC leased 3,000 square feet of office and industrial space in Hackberry Business Park at 207 King Road in Frisco from Buena Park Frisco LLC. Jason Finch of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Ruth Harris of Kelly Harris Co.
4Ever Young leases 2,859 square feet of retail space at Cross Timbers Village at 4251 Cross Timbers Road in Flower Mound. David Levinson of The Retail Connection negotiated the lease.
Fujiyama Inc. leases 2,789 square feet of retail space in Ovilla Corners ll at 300 North Sharaf Avenue in Red Oak. Tom Heraty of NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the lease with Shirley Tan.
