Here are the top 10 priced single-family home sales in New Bedford in 2021, according to Peabody-based real estate and mortgage data company The Warren Group.

It is the land on which the house stands that is valuable.
The property is on Ashley Boulevard, north of Tarkiln Hill Road. According to a listing on Realtor.com, the property contains three parcels – ideal for investors and business owners.
“Great opportunity to place your business in a growing traffic,” the listing says.
It sold for $ 520,000 on April 16.
3) 149 Weißdornstr.
This home is both the oldest and the largest on this top 10 list.
The 5,900-square-foot home in the Downtown Historic District was built in 1857. According to the Warren Group, it has 22 rooms; seven are bedrooms. It sold for $ 467,400 on May 14.

Just down the street from No. 3 is top seller No. 4, another historical beauty with size and character.
Dating from 1893, this 4,200-square-foot Georgian home has eight bedrooms and four bathrooms. It sold for $ 470,000 on February 26.

8) Waldostr. 29
This oversized cape, covering 2,500 square feet, is just a short walk from Brooklawn Park. It has four bedrooms and two and a half baths. It sold for $ 452,500 on August 5.

If you are looking for water views in a home, No. 9 on this top 10 list is the home for you.
This elevated ranch is the second smallest on this list at 1,066 square feet, but it’s not that size that makes it valuable. It is directly across from Clarks Cove with no obstruction between it and the water.
Built in 1971, the ranch home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sold for $ 450,000 on May 27.
9t) 1180 Cardinal St.
Welcome to the northernmost house on this list. And the newest.
Built in 2018, this colonial building sold for $ 450,000 on May 18. With an area of 2,000 square meters, it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is in a settlement that surrounds a pond on Acushnet Avenue, south of the Freetown line.
