The actress from Knives Out 2 enjoys the last sunny days of summer in her latest Instagram post. The clip shows Kate, 42, lying in the waves while wearing a brown string bikini that perfectly complements her glowing tan.
Besides, this prey? Head. Kate looks super sculpted and fitter than ever with a bright orange cocktail to keep her company. “The way I look at my new @kingstvodka favorite cocktail says a lot ,” she captioned the post.

So how does Kate stay in such good shape anyway? For starters, she trains three to four times a week. Her trainer Nicole Stuart has helped Kate shape her body for almost two decades – “I’ve known her since I was 19,” says Kate. Together, the two usually turn to Pilates workouts that involve strength and cardio, according to Women’s Health.
Kate says WH Pilates is her favorite because it’s always a challenge. “I know I’m my strongest when I do Pilates because it never gets easier. The more you do Pilates, the harder the things you can do get,” she says. “I love how flexible I feel and I like what it does to my body shape.”

When she’s not exercising, Kate also likes to sneak cardio. “I like to do any kind of dance training,” she explains. Stuart adds, “I think cardio is really important, not necessarily running long distances, but doing something that gets your heart rate up, which is why we love dancing.” Cardio without a treadmill? You love to see it.
Kate also cycles and runs in her spare time. “I have the Peloton Tread, I just got it, and I love Peloton,” says Kate. “I think they make it so easy to have ‘no excuse’ workouts. [I can spend] Walk a short kilometer for 10 minutes instead of just sitting there and doing nothing. ”
Her other favorite workout helper is The Mirror, a virtual gym with almost every type of workout. She’s even posted her mirror workouts on her Instagram Stories, from a barre session at home to a strength training circuit.
Basically, if it makes you sweat it is probably somewhere in Kate’s workout routine. “Anyway, we’re always trying new things,” Stuart tells WH. So here for it!
