Dr. Mark Cone brings 30 years of experience as a healthcare executive and women’s health and advocacy executive to the Biote Medical board of directors. He is Market President of the South Texas market for Privia Health (Nasdaq: PRVA), a national medical practice management company. He is President of the Privia Medical Group Gulf Coast, a group of 300 providers and multiple specialties. Cone is Vice President of the Board of Directors of the US Women’s Health Alliance and Chairman of the Board of Global Women’s Health Providers, a Cedar Gate Technologies company. Prior to that, Cone was CEO of Complete MD Solutions, a physician management company, where he designed and implemented a corporate structure that maximized the practice’s autonomy and profitability. He has a doctorate in medicine from Baylor College of Medicine and a BS in biology and medicine from Texas A&M University. He currently practices gynecology in Houston, Tx.
Dana Jacoby is a member of the board of directors of Biote Medical and has more than 20 years of experience in a wide variety of medical specialties, including urology, urogynecology, gastroenterology, dermatology, orthopedics and oncology. She is the chief executive officer of Vector Medical Group, LLC and has advised healthcare clients on mergers, transactions, and acquisitions valued at nearly $ 1 billion. Jacoby has also held leadership positions at Specialty Networks Consulting, BSM Consulting, GE Healthcare, Allergan, and Johnson and Johnson. She holds a Masters of Health Systems from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton Fellows Program, a Masters of Management from Tulane University, and a BS in Political Science and Public Relations from Louisiana State University.
